We don't only sell investment properties, we also invest in residential property ourselves and our policy is that we would not offer you a property that we would not consider to be a good investment for ourselves.

If you currently have equity in your own home or another property, you will probably not need a deposit and in fact may be able to borrow all purchase costs!! If you are just starting out you may only need a 5% deposit (subject to bank lending criteria) and purchase costs. At QPS we can refer you to reputable professional mortgage advisors, or of course you can deal with your own bank.
